The installer was professional, explained every step to me as he was doing it, asked for my input for the placement and range of the cameras, and did it all in a friendly and caring manner. The installation was done efficiently and quickly, and in no time at all the system was working. I can view the cameras on the monitor and on my phone-it only took a moment to download the app. Not being tech savvy, it was wonderful to have such a knowledgeable installer, who made it easy for me to use the various features such as live view and playback. I would recommend this security system for ease of installation, ease of use, as well as the economical price-no monthly fees to worry about!
