Security Cameras

Our security cameras are backed by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship from the date of installation. If an issue arises within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no charge, subject to warranty terms and exclusions.

Wiring & Cables

All wiring and cables are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If an issue occurs within the warranty period and there are no signs of damage due to external interference, such as tampering, physical damage, or improper handling, we will replace the affected wires at no cost.

Service Fees & Coverage

If an issue is confirmed as a warranty-covered defect, we will cover all troubleshooting and repair costs during normal business hours.
If the issue is found to be outside warranty coverage, such as damage due to misuse or external interference, we will provide a detailed quote before proceeding with any repairs or replacements.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or vandalism.
Issues resulting from modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than ClearVision Security.
Damage due to power surges, extreme weather conditions, or improper repairs by third parties.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact us with:

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
A detailed description of the issue.
Providing photos or videos can help us assess the issue more efficiently, but they are not required.

We will provide further instructions on troubleshooting, returning defective products, or arranging a replacement.
